This place needs to have the whole working staff including management revamped, let go and a whole proper efficient attitude and conduct injected. Guaranteed no other updates or scanning is done for a month. From Canada it will arrive in a day and a half and then Nothing but arrived Chicago. all others systems are on the money and quick. It's not right for the carriers to just return to sender because they are lazy to do their job.Īs a seller From Canada having any package go through the Chicago facility for sure will be there for a month. Not only that but the senders pay money/postage to get them delivered to us and they still don't get delivered. You need to do something with your employees and let them know that people count on the mail system for important bills, documents, credit cards, and packages. We are waiting for important mail and it just keeps getting returned. Our whole building (which only has 6 units) has complained and they still don't care. These are very time sensitive mail items. When you go to the post office they have no record of any mail since we didn't get any notice for pick up. Friends, family members, our employers, banks, think we have a new address as they are getting mail returned to them that was mailed to us. One day we will get one piece of mail, some days tons of mail, and then some days nothing which means some of our mail has been returned.

The post office is only one block away from our home/building and the mail carrier is so lazy to delivery our mail and doesn't attempt to redelivery and returns all our mail to sender. Our objective was to evaluate mail delivery and customer service issues at the Auburn Park, Henry McGee, Ashburn, and James E. Worsham Station had 1,958 inquiries, and the Ashburn Station had 997 inquiries. The Auburn Park Station had 2,710 inquiries, the James E. Specifically, the Henry McGee Station had 5,317 customer inquiries related to package tracking, non-receipt of mail, and letter carrier complaints. We obtained and analyzed Postal Service customer inquiry data for the period May through July of fiscal year (FY) 2020 and found these locations had numerous inquiries related to mail delivery service and letter carriers. Congressman Rush stated that constituents reported they had not received their mail for up to four weeks and received unsatisfactory service at the retail counter.

The Postal Service stations included Auburn Park, Henry McGee, Ashburn, and James E. Representative Bobby Rush, 1st Congressional District of Illinois, requested that we conduct an investigation after he received over 600 complaints regarding inadequate mail delivery for customers serviced by four stations in the Chicago District.
